This Lego part was created from a box (16mm x 8mm x 2mm).

To create the next Lego part, I started with a box (Width: 16mm, Depth 16mm, Height 9,6mm) and converted it to an editable poly. I then selected two edges on top and chamfered them with the following values: 4.5, 1.7 and 0.75 to get the round shape. To complete the part I chamfered the round edges with a value of 0.1 mm. The studs on top were added later.
